Wedding &
Event Planning

We help plan and organise parties and events, taking care of the details that make the day feel easy for everyone involved. This can include shaping the idea, sorting suppliers, timetables and layouts, helping with licensing or permissions, and pulling together everything needed in the lead-up. Whether it’s a small private celebration, a community gathering, or something a bit more ambitious, we bring a steady hand so you can enjoy the event instead of managing it.

Support with funding applications, grants, and project finance. Clear, organised help to shape ideas, write strong bids, and secure investment.

Funding and Grant Support

Fieldcraft helps organisations find and secure the funding they need to get projects moving. This can include shaping funding ideas, writing applications, preparing budgets, gathering supporting documents and helping with the reporting that follows. Ideal for community groups, charities, arts organisations and estates looking for clear, well organised support during the funding process.

Systems
& Operations

We work with estates, small businesses and community groups to put clear, practical structures in place so things actually work. Thoughtful planning for retreats and residential gatherings. Calm, organised support to create meaningful experiences in beautiful settings.

Retreats &
Residential Events

We can help design and deliver creative, wellbeing and community-based retreats. This can include shaping the weekend, coordinating facilitators, organising food and accommodation, planning activities and making sure everything runs smoothly once people arrive. Perfect for estates, venues or groups who want to host residential experiences without having to build all the structure themselves.

Workshops, consultations, and facilitation for communities across Scotland and Argyll. Calm, inclusive spaces to gather ideas and shape local projects.

Community Engagement & Facilitation

Fieldcraft supports communities and local groups with consultation, engagement and facilitation. This includes world cafés, surveys, workshops, reporting and planning for Community Action Plans and Local Place Plans. Sessions are kept friendly, inclusive and practical, with a focus on listening properly and turning people’s ideas into something clear and workable.

Hands-on help for troubled projects. Practical support to stabilise, reorganise, and bring failing or overwhelmed work back on track.

Crisis Management
& Project Rescue

We can step in to untangle what has gone wrong and get things moving again.
