Practical Project Management for

Our Services
Project
Management
We ensure your projects run smoothly from start to finish, carefully managing budgets, timelines, and teams every step of the way. Our project management expertise covers a wide range of initiatives including construction, music and food festivals, weddings, parties, farmer’s markets, community action plans, and local place plans across Argyll, Glasgow, and beyond. Whether it’s launching new cafés, opening venues, managing construction projects, or delivering large-scale events, Fieldcraft provides a steady, experienced approach that keeps your project on track and removes the stress from the process.
Wedding &
Event Planning
Fieldcraft helps plan and organise parties and events that actually run well, taking care of the details that make the day feel easy for everyone involved. This can include shaping the idea, sorting suppliers, timetables and layouts, helping with licensing or permissions, and pulling together everything needed on the lead-up. Whether it’s a small private celebration, a community gathering, a themed night or something a bit bigger and more ambitious, Fieldcraft brings a steady hand so you can enjoy the event instead of managing it.
Funding and Grant Support
Fieldcraft helps organisations find and secure the funding they need to get projects moving. This can include shaping funding ideas, writing applications, preparing budgets, gathering supporting documents and helping with the reporting that follows. Ideal for community groups, charities, arts organisations and estates looking for clear, well organised support during the funding process.
Systems
& Operations
Good systems make life easier. Fieldcraft works with estates, small businesses and community groups to put clear, practical structures in place so things actually work. That can mean sorting out planning or how your organisation works within licensing frameworks or other restrictions, improving communication and coordination, or tightening up day-to-day management. The aim’s simple; make things run smoothly so everyone can focus on the real work instead of chasing their tails.
Retreats &
Residential Events
Fieldcraft helps design and deliver creative, wellbeing and community-based retreats. This can include shaping the weekend, coordinating facilitators, organising food and accommodation, planning activities and making sure everything runs smoothly once people arrive. Perfect for estates, venues or groups who want to host residential experiences without having to build all the structure themselves.
Community Engagement & Facilitation
Fieldcraft supports communities and local groups with consultation, engagement and facilitation. This includes world cafés, surveys, workshops, reporting and planning for Community Action Plans and Local Place Plans. Sessions are kept friendly, inclusive and practical, with a focus on listening properly and turning people’s ideas into something clear and workable.
Consultancy
& Strategy
Fieldcraft offers an outside view when projects need direction or clarity. Support includes feasibility studies, PRINCE2-based planning, events, weddings, markets and festivals, stakeholder engagement and funding strategy for creative, community and place-based projects across Scotland. Whether it’s a construction project, a cultural event or community consultation, the goal is always the same; to create realistic, achievable plans that make a lasting difference.
Venue & Estate
Support
Fieldcraft works with estates, venues and rural businesses to help shape and run event programmes, weddings and seasonal activities. This can involve building event calendars, creating new income streams, handling licensing queries and applications, improving visitor experience or supporting teams on the ground. Ideal for places that want to put on more events without needing a full-time events manager.
Crisis Management
& Project Rescue
Sometimes a project hits a wall or loses momentum. Fieldcraft can step in to untangle what has gone wrong and get things moving again. That might mean fixing timelines, dealing with supplier issues, rebuilding budgets or simply bringing some structure and calm back into the mix. Useful for events, community projects, renovations or any situation where things have become a bit chaotic and need a steady hand.
